Précis Consultants and its team assure privacy of the data forwarded by the client for the purposes of services to be rendered. The Précis  team undertakes not to disclose, handover, forward, transfer or communicate in any manner any data or part thereof, or names of the client or its officers to any person or institution, unless expressly permitted by the client, and would strictly adhere to and comply with all the terms and conditions of the agreements entered into with the client.   

The Précis team or any of its associates shall however not be responsible for any such disclosure on the part of the client without their knowledge.

The Précis team undertakes to return all the data forwarded to them, on the completion of the assignment delegated by the client. It shall be the responsibility of the client to collect all such data within one month from the date of completion of assignment as intimated by Précis. After the said period of one month, Précis team shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for the said data and it shall be at liberty to dispose of the said data as deemed fit.
